Camp Cranium seeks to provide a supportive environment for these children to cope with their injury, make new connections with other children who have been through similar experiences, and be able to enjoy a sense of freedom and normalcy.

Camp Cranium currently has two programs our primary program is an overnight camp, and will be is at Camp Victory (58 Camp Victory Road, Millville, PA 17846).
Camp Victory is a medically equipped camp that provides the resources for medically compromised children to enjoy a true summer camp experience, while gaining self-esteem, friendship, independence, and support. Camp Cranium will provide one-to-one counselors and will provide a round-the-clock medical staff to provide a safe camping experience for your child.
Our staff consists of physicians, nurses, a psychologist, special education teacher, music therapist, art therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, and volunteer counselors. The week is filled with fun activities that promote an enjoyable experience for your child, while integrating general therapy goals into each activity.
Our second program is a Teen Adaptive Ski Program for our campers that are 13 years and older that have attended our overnight camp or those who plan to attend our overnight summer camp.

✨ COUNSELOR SPOTLIGHT ✨
Scott Gay is a fellow in Critical Care Medicine who served as a counselor his first year of med school and returned nearly every year since! Dr. Scott is now returning as one of our Camp Physicians and currently serving as Vice President of the Camp Cranium Board of Directors!
“Coming to camp, I knew I would be able to be of help to the campers. Leaving camp, I had no idea the help the campers would be to me. I see inspiration in every smile, courage in every struggle, and hope in each and every camper that comes.
This camp is the one week every year that gets me through the remainder of the 51. It changed my life more than any experience to date and I never plan on stopping! Camp has carried me through medical school, through my emergency medicine residency, and currently in my fellowship in critical care medicine. I love camp deep down, oh deep down down...deep down in my heart”

Abigail Graham is a freshman at Thomas Jefferson University who originally planned to attend camp as a camper but her plans were deterred by COVID-19. Abigail is now returning for her second year as a counselor!
“The brain injuries did not stop the campers from doing anything. I saw them zipline, fish, swim, and many more camp activities. It inspired me because I have a brain injury too. Everyone was so happy and supportive. I do not think I will meet a more supportive camp that challenges me to make the best out of my injury.”
